172 mudflaps

Ive a 2002 1.2 16v extreme that came with the wee small mudflaps on the rea bumper... Mite be getting a 2002 172 rear bumper tomorrow nite, what i want to know is if i ever want to put mudflaps on it (i doubt it tho cos it mite ruin it) will my ones fit straight onto the 172 bumper?

Ive got some on the front of my 172 dealer fit...... look good...... very discreet looking..... seen a cup with them on the front and back... looked sh1t on the back, made it look really tame.

i honestly think they would ruin the look of the 172 bumper but im just worried in case its harder to keep clean =(

Andyman, you got a part number, the blokes at work contacted reno, they told me they did not supply them, i want some but they gota be colour coded

The demo car I drove had them on the front so when I did the deal on my 172 i asked my salesman if hed throw them in as part of the deal. They are custom fit I dont know what Reno car there from and I cant find out very easily because the garage has now closed down.....when I get it serviced in 2000 miles time Ill ask one of the mechanics who used to work there and get back to you with more details.......they are a really good fit.. .....Ill send some pictures, when I buy the necessary equipment !!

I agree on some cars they do but on the fronts on mine you wouldnt no theyre there.......honest.

There seems to be holes in the bumper for mudflaps. They look like they were there from standard so there must be some sorta flaps available.

Im not a fan of any big floppy mudflaps but they do the job, and i like my wee renault ones.. look like theyre part of the bumper
