172 owners in Gloucester/Cheltenham

Hi you lovely bunch of clio fanatics you,

I am going to be purchasing a 172 in the next month or so and was wondering if there are any owners of 172 FF (not cups) that wouldnt mind taking me for a spin or just showing me their motors (so i could get an idea of a good example, running well, or any problems to look out for etc)

I live in Gloucester and am prepared to travel anywhere in gloucester/cheltenham if anyone could spare me half hour or so!
Am free most evenings and saturdays.

alot of 182's in nam, not too sure about 172 tho, try going to a local meet or FCS or RWS if no luck

lol ive worked in chelt for over 3 years and never heard it called that! thanks for enlightening me!
If you know anyone with a 172 FF that wouldnt mind id be very grateful! could even chuck a 5er in for fuel if they want!

My mate has lived in 'nam' all his life and calls it that.


tbh i dont know of many 172ff in the area. I have a phase1 but its far far far from standard. BomberGTR has a phase 1 too but his is played with.

Best off getting down to a Bristol meet or hopefully we are gonna sort smething out in cheltenham/tewkesbury soon
