[172 PH1] 205/45/16 will fit?

how are you folks?

I have 2001 PH1 172 and been told that with 205/45/16 tyres they touch the body. does anybody here wear this size of tyres and can confirm that it's fine?
BTW I am 60mm lowered in the front and 40mm in the rear.

My 195/45/16 sit very close to th shocks on the back, I really need some 5mm spacers. Mine is lowered about the same as yours is too. I reckon 205's would possibly touch.

and if I add 10mm spacer, will it help?
