172 Phase 1 Clio springs?

Can someone help me? im after lowering springs for my clio which wont make the ride too hard going, ive got gmax at the mo lowering it at 35mm, the roads are soo crap in eastbourne and it shakes the car! im after something a little softer?

Oh dear, just bought clio with unknown suspension, but its too low and hard, got some gmax minus 30 mm as i hoped they might be better.

Eibach Sport or Pro. Lower the car a little but supremely more comfortable.
