172 Rear Bumper Question

Replaced my standard non sport bumper with a 172 bumper yesterday, but just got 1 query.

Does the 172 bumpers have the bumper inserts like the standard (Photo below to show)
Just when my bumper arrived it didn't have any on.

Am guessing it's a foam insert? someone got any pictures or confirm that?

Yeah they have a foam insert, I'd imagine it'll be really flimsy if you don't fit them with the bumper.

I put a 172 Bumper on mine, I just left it as foam never took the plastic struts out my old bumper lol and yes it's very flimsy
