172 Rear Wiper Problem

Hey guys, I've got a problem with the rear wiper on my 172, whereby the wiper blade won't wipe the top part of the screen. It doesn't seem to flex with the curvature of the screen. The wiper blade is new, so that shouldn't be the problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
