How much are these from Renault inc fitting? Over the last few months the ride quality has been getting progressively worse, it's far too bumpy so I'm assuming the shocks have packed in.

About £50 each so that £200 for the set worth chnaging them all if you can but usualy the back ones are at fault,

Then say 45 minutes to fit them. labour rates depend where you go not difficult to chnage if you don't want to go to a place which charges a lot rate of labour.
