172 steering wheel for a 182 with cruise control ?

Wil a steeriń wheel out of a non cruise control 172 fit a 182 with cruise?

im thinking the wheels are the same it's just the airbags different to accommodate the buttons?

if I fitted a 172 wheel would all my cruise control wiring fit into that wheel an then my airbag and cruise buttons fit on it okay?

How easy os it to put all the wires into the new wheel?

Very, once you have both wheels in front of you it takes about 2 mins top, just copy exactly how it was all routed on the old one.

My girlfriends ph2 172 wheel has no melting so we kept it when we did the cruise control conversion onto it and just fitted the buttons etc.

Yes that is what we did on my mrs clio, 172 wheel with 182 buttons and airbag (we did initially just trim the edge of the 172 airbag cover down to accept the buttons but the 182 is moulded around them so neater)

Bump on this, how exactly do the the buttons fit? The guide in the guides section, all the picture no longer work.

Four small Torx bolts. One screw on the left is already there (holds a clip for the airbag), the other has nothing. Threaded holes are already in the wheel, whatever wheel it is.
