172 Steering wheel

I've got an 02 plate 172 (full fat). One of the rubber sections on the wheel has split.

Firstly, is it possible to get new rubber inserts? If so, any idea of cost?

I might be better getting a new one, not sure what Renault would charge though? Failing that, scrap yard....

Common problem, new wheel.

renault was in the region of £300 brand new. best bet is to go round the scrappies. i got mine for £90 with some other bits and bobs which is about right.

£300 seems a bit on the steep side!! Scap yard is the way forward then.
