hi lads,

im thinkin of upgrading my cams on my engine, wat difference wud it make n is it hard on the engine afterwards? wats involved in changin the cams and wat will i get out of it?

A bit more torque and power. (I would guess it'd be about 20bhp and 20nm on a 2.0 na)

wat im gettin at is if i upgrade the cams would the rest of the car handle it ok (i.e. gearbox, clutch) as i dnt wna have to be replacing stuff like that on a frequent basis

Should be fine. Just don't take off hard all the time.
