What do you need to do to get them to fit correctly on a Mk2 Ph1? i.e. Spacers etc. I know there are people with them on, so share the love

5mm spacers at the back

5mm all round is what people tend to use... but ive found they still eat the rear arches.... ended up with 7mm on the rear in the end...
