There is nothing wrong, when the engine is cold it will idle slightly higher than warm as it runs a slightly richer fuel mix to get the engine up to optimum temp.
If you think its that bad then compare it to another Renault Sport Clio.
Having exact same problem with my 182. It was suggested to me that I use Slick 50 Fuel Treatment and put a full tank of BP Ultimate or Shell Optimax in after adding the Slick 50. Only just got the car and have filled it up once (with standard BP Unleaded) so next time I need to fill up I'll give it a try and let you know.
