Has anyone converted there car from coil pack and leads to coil on plug ??

My car is due for changing the leads and coil pack so thinking of just converting to coil on plug !!

Or does anyone know what frequency the coil pack operates please ??

Dont think there is room under the standard plenham to fit them. We looked into it when building the race car on port throttles but it wasnt worth the effort/expense. Matt at TDF advised to stick with pack and leads. (we went with a Ford coil in the end for vairous reasons)

Apparently the Cup race cars are all converted back from pencil coil on plug to a pack and leads. so that must say something. Packs are more reliable in road cars from my experiance. im changing pencil coils on a weekly basis on all makes and models.
