182 & 1.2 16v accelerator pedals

are these the same?? (apart from the metal pedal cover)

is the connection the same and do they work on the same resistance as the 1.2 16v (52 regd)

i got the pedals from reanult, just the silver bits and had to rivit them onto the ones in my dynamique, so i rivited a metal pedal onto the plastic accelerator pedal so i think they are is different. but i have no idea in terms of resistance

right, sisters 1.2 16v is driving like s**t, wont accelerate and coem sup with the fault of accelerator pedal potentiometer

ive got a 1.2 16v courtesy car.. if i borrow that acclerator pedal and plug it into my sisters car.. if thats the problem fixed, should it run fine? or does the ECU need resetting by the clip machine to clear the code for it to run ok??

I'm sure there the same the resistance values from the potentiameters is the same.
However there two potentiomerters in the pedal if one fails then the other works and the ecu deteckts the failure and ups the rpm to 1.3k or so and sets the warning light off so I'd not think it was the pedal.

drove her car today and all was fine

she said its fine for like 3 days, then the warning light comes on the dash and it will only go about 30mph...

someone checked the ECU and th ecode coming up was the throttle pedal potentiometer..
