182 Air box, Jubilee clip size

The 2 large jubilee clips which secure the standard 182 air filter elbow on jump a thread when I try to tighten them, if someone can tell me the rough size to save me taking the air box off again I'd be greatful .

Found the ones on at the moment say 'Norma 70-90' so have found a few 70-90mm clamps on ebay, but there all 12-13mm wide and the ones on at the moment are 9mm, think the biggest the air bend will fit is a 10mm, any ideas where I can get a thinner band unless one comes up on ebay, still searching.
