182 Alarm Question

Is there anyway of adding accessories to the basic 182 cobra alarm?

I am after a proxy sensor to bleep when you get to close to the exterior of the car to warn people off. Also i would like to try and get total closure for the windows.

Any ideas, or do i need to change to a TOAD alarm?

You can add two additional sensors but frankly the cobra alarm is so poor its not worth it. Check all the complaints about them, type "alarm" in search and they should come up.
