yes mate they will. Although spacers may be needed so they sit in the same place as on the 182's.

Clio 182 45 (Cup and Trophy are the same)
Clio 16v (phase 1 and 2) : 36
Clio Mk1 (excl. 16v & williams) : 37
Clio 172 Mk1 : 43
Clio 172 Mk2 : 48
Clio 172 Cup : 38.5
Clio v6 Mk1 (rear) : 55

but i'm not sure what the offset is of the standard Clio (i think it's 38) and if so you would need 7mm spacers for example.
