182 Cup Springs

Hi,

Wonder if anyone can give some advice, I have clio 182 cup and 1 of my front springs have snapped. What would you recommend as being the best option;

replace all springs for OE or

Replace springs for aftermarket ones like eibach etc?

If i was to go for aftermarket springs (lowered) would it restrict 3 people sitting in the back of the car by potentially rubbing on the arches?

Hi,

Just had the same problem. I was quoted £108 for 2 new front springs. Managed to get a set of 4 Eibach Sportlines for £128 and just replaced the lot.

I was worried about lowering the car too - I bought the 25mm lower springs and it looks about right - not too chavvy and no rubbing!

had the same problem and failed my mot.fitted eibach pro the car is mile better now :approve:

got eibach sportlines fitted 2 my cup and i have no problems at all with 3 ppl i n the back
