I'll help you out mate as i wish someone would of given me a decent explanation when i was in the same boat as you.
I have a milltek, it is fine although i bought it second hand and the baffles in the resonator have gone, apparently its 2years old. As long as you buy it new you will get warranty with it.
The one thing that would of put me off buying a milltek if i had known before is how badly they fit, without massive amounts of rear mount adjusting the tailpipes sit low and over to the right. Obviously everyone has different experiences as batch made exhausts dont fit every car the same.
Yozza seem to have a really good reputation, so alot of people will recommend them.
Here is how a Yozza Zaust setup looks (thankyou to cunney for kindly rolling his car)
As you can see there is no resonator, therefore these are louder than most other exhaust. Also as you can see they only have one backbox, now in my experience this gives the tone slightly more rasp (higher pitched) due to more gases passing through one box.
Here is how a Milltek Zaust setup looks
As you can see, it has a resonator and therefore is quieter than the Yozza. Like mentioned above with the backbox, these have two, therefore the tone will be slightly deeper due to the gasses been split 50/50.
I see you live in warrington, manchester (correct me if im wrong). It might be an idea for you to visit North West Performance and see what they can do for you as they make custom exhausts, so it should fit perfect. Never seen any reviews on there systems however, but they do have a good reputation and setup.
Rough Prices
For a decent new batch exhaust like Yozza and Milltek you'll be looking at paying around £400.
For a second hand exhaust it can range between £150 - £300. Some manufacturers like Yozza offer a Lifetime warranty with the exhaust itself and some like Milltek only offer the Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, therefore Yozza exhausts will have a higher resale value than Millteks due to the warranty being carried over.
