182 fuel pump wiring info

Re wiring a clio 182 and deleting all the orignaL dodgy French electrics but just need to know what the 4 wires coming off the pump do?

1.black = earth
2. Thick beige =
3. Thin beige =
4. Purple =

Any help would be awesome.

4. Purple = fuel level sender
