182 Help me identify random plug

Found this plug dangling freely between the nearside headlight and air feed. What is it?

Is that for your bonnet open switch?

Your bonnet switch is probably faulty so someone has disconnected it. As per Matt’s pic above, whip it out (big boy!) and see if it’s connected or not.

Thanks chaps. Yep bonnet switch is indeed unplugged. Maybe my mechanic unplugged it when they were doing some work....
