182 Manifold/Pure exhaust on 172

I'm about to order a pure exhaust for my 172 track car.
Is there any real benefit to doing the 182 manifold at the same time on a car thats only ever being used on track? The fitting issues don;t bother me, I can quite easily pull the engine or remove the subframe, its not the end of the world.

not worth the hassle, gives marginal gains if any.

if yyou don't mind the messing round then fit the 182 manifold. the exhaust will be cheaper anyway.

Yeh the cost works out about the same with the 182 manifold.
I'm OK with marginal gains, as long as they're gains

The exhaust is £70 cheaper I think. But it'll. Cost me that for a 182 mani

ah, thought you already had one. you can pick them up cheap if you keep an eye out.
