182 much faster than a 172

Id put large amounts of money on a 182 with Cup pack being faster on track than a 172. Both standard of course.

How on earth do you people afford to run 2 Fast clios at once? Here i am struggling to scrape the cash together to buy and insure one valver!!!

I need to find a cheap supply of hard drugs so i can start pushing them round the local schools and make serious money like you boys!!!!

Seriously though why wouldnt you sell the 172 and buy summat different? I guess you just loyal to the cause eh? well if you ever feel like you have too many toys and want one of them to go to a good home im willing to adopt!

just to put my oar in, on the way home tonight i managed to put my foot down a bit in the 182, and i have to say it did have a definate kick in the power department after 4k , more so than i felt in the cup, and i gotta lot more running in to do yet, im loving the 182 and i have to say that it has the potential to be quicker than the cup, and i get all the extra bits too !!

Me too. Didnt realise how much body roll there was on my mk2 172 until Id driven 182 with Cup pack!! Everything feels so much sharper in the 182.

My 182 cup pack is my first fast clio, but i have driven a 172 cup afew times. the 182 defo handles better but i think the 172cup stops better. performance wise there was nothing in it... think the 182 is a better overall package than the 172 though...

and is it just me or is the kick up the arse at 5250rpm bloody addictive??!!!
