182 new front discs and pads

Hi guys, would like some advice and opinions on the above and places to but them. Someone has already mentioned brembo max discs. budget of under £150 really. Was looking at green/yellow/redstuff pads too, anyone had these or some others that or good?

Not really planning oany track days, so just fast road setup really

standard discs and ferodo ds2500 pads are the best combo i have ever had.

I now have bremo max discs and ferodo pads and they arent brilliant unless warm.

Ferodo pads are about 100 quid a set.

Thanks, thats alot for pads isnt it! any cheeper options? what do you think about grooved discs? - maybe these with mintex pads - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....m=360013630979&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=023

Would it be much better than standard?

I can't really comment on them. Everyone says standard discs are fine.

Looks good but a little over budget. What advantages do the braided hoses give?

Makes the brake pedal less 'spongy'.
