182 rear spoiler brake light

It looks like one of the little lights within the strip on the rear brake light has gone, can you replace just one or does the whole strip need to be changed?

Any idea how to change it and where to buy one from?

Renault Wolverhampton off here. £18 and take a flat screw driver to it to remove it. Careful of the paintwork and the connector plug.
