I thought I had the common resistor pack failure on our 182 when the blower fan stopped working. I bridged pins 1 & 5 & the fan went to full blast, so I sent it off to be fixed.
On re-fitting there appears to be some effort from the fan, but it is very weak & doesn't change when the speed selection is moved on the climate control console. The chap who fixed it reckons it was tested at all levels before being posted back to me. The temperature can be controlled (hot, warm, cold) better than before I reckon, although it's my Son's car & I don't drive it much at all.
Has anyone come across this problem? An extensive search hasn't really found anything similar.
Any ideas where to go now?
