182 Steering Twitchy under heavy acceleration/braking

Hi Guys
First post since I got my 182 last month. Love the car, but one slight issue.
Under hard acceleration (usually when hooning) or under heavy braking, the steering is very twitchy. It seems to jerk to one side which is an odd feeling!
I initally thought rear shocks or maybe steering fluid.

What do people think and here's hoping it isn't an expensive job!

I know mine can dance about a bit under really heavy braking but to go just to one side seems odd, maybe uneven brake wearing?

It usually feels to go to the left, but not sure why.
It doesn't breed great confidence when driving at higher speeds

Check tyre pressures etc and get alignment done.

Better left than right I guess. Road camber?

Yes better left indeed. Road camber on the backroads I'd agree with but not sure on better surfaced urban routes. Fortunately it isn't really an issue unless pushing on!
Will check the tyre pressures too
