182 stereo fitting help? (172 stereo fit 182?)

My 182 cup needs a stereo.
I am trying to get a standard Renault cd to fit.

I have just bought one from a 2005 182 cup but the pins in the back for the steering control dont fit my car. My car is a Dec 04.

Does anyone know if the older style stereo (172) will fit my 182.
So would a 172 stereo plug straight in?
And is the dash colour/fit the same on the 172 and the 182.

yes it will, same unit mate, get a cabasse one if you can.
