Think it was an 05 plate, on the Newton Road heading towards Newton Abbot from Torquay this evening, I was going the other way in a black 172 Not seen it about before, anyone here?

Ive seen this car so many times. Saw it parked outside a pub in Paignton this afternoon aswell.
