182 Wheel Bearings

Hi everyone. This may sound like a stupid question but I've recently bought a Clio 182 but have noticed a humming noise coming from the front and have come to the conclusion I need to replace the front bearings. The question I have is my 182 has Cup suspension fitted from Renault. Which size wheel bearings will I require for the front?
