LOL we nearly put mine thru!! Still, with a bit of head scratching and an Icarus special with the mods to it, we got there!!

Fitting them in is a real pain in the arse, as my cars fully stripped it helped, but i still had it bouncing off the screen, and i also ended up taking both front doors off and removing the steering column, infact it was that tight a fit, once it was in it didn't move, and that's before it welded in place.

Well worth it though, by the time i'd got it shot blasted and a friend to weld mine in, it still only stands me at £650, bargain for a full fia cage

ps, Matt i've not forgot about your offer with the cup racer loom/ecu etc, it finally arrived but i still need a few more bits of the wiring before i've got enough to run the car, or at least attempt it

£250 - prob quite a lot less. Depends how much time they spend blasting etc. Powder coat should be a quick job to be honest mate.

The cage is only painted at the moment so you could get in with the Nitromors and Jetwash if you want.

Now that my boy, is an Idea!! TBH when the inside gets sprayed I may just get em to spray that too!!

You'd probably find one inside an old 172 Cup racer ;-) To be honest mate no idea. I only deal with the newer stuff and I don't think R-Sport have any Mk2 spares left. Be worth giving them a bell and asking who they sold it all to though - prob the best chance of tracking one down.
