In essence, yes, remove caliper, remove disc, put new on on. The hub nut is bigger than a 172 though.

However, the calipers on mine had never been removed and were locktighted on, it took a lot of effort to get them off, mainly Mr Hunter and almost an air gun to remove the bolts. If they've been removed before though, I can't see it being a problem.
 
Thanks chaps. I've got a 36mm socket and a decentish caliper tool, so i'll see how I get on.
