2 clios at silverstone f1 testing

I saw 2 clios parked up watching the f1 testing at silverstone today.

1 blue 172 cup - plate was G7 DOM
1 blue williams with gold wheels - m864 ???

I wasnt in my car but spotted both of these in the car park!

Also saw a v6 with some weird 5 spoke wheels pulling out the car park
