Brought the car in for the service. They wanted to put new front tyres on and change the brake pads. I told them not to. I didnt tell them that they were looking at the 3rd set of front tyres and the 5th set of front brake pads...

They warned me that I better change the brake pads in the next 3000km or so. I wish they would last that long from new!

These guys are the same everywhere: They topped up the windscreen washing fluid and charged me €4.50!



Oh well...

Bllimy you get though pads dont you. Do you find any problems with brake fade then on the ring after all if your pads last that long you must use them enough.

And I lied about the Liquide Lave Glace. It was only €3.50.

I use Ferodo DS 3000 pads. Forgot to mention that the discs have been replaced as well.

The rear tyres and brakes are original.
