200 Horrible noise from front right wheel

My front right wheel has started to make a horrible noise, almost like a ratchet spanner. Is this my wheel bearing on the way out?

Im currently uploading a video so will add once it is done.

Problem solved, me being an idiot and did not tighten up the bolts correctly.
