How the devil do they come out?

Open the boot, can see 3 screws on the black plastic bit on the side of the light. Remove them, no more visible screws.

Gave it a wiggle, stuck tight! Any tips?

3 screws, T 20. then give the lamps a wiggle/pull.

Torx screws mate

Once you've taken them torx screws out theirs two pins that hold it in place, you can just pull the light out with a bit of force or you can get a flat headed screw driver down the side to help prize it off.

Pull harder.

literally just take the screws out and give it a pull its not hard at all
