200 vs Mini JCW

Id have a JCW over a 200 i think anyway.

I loved driving Alans (his is the s/c). Run flats are a pain in the arse though

You go over floss and the 200 feels it, im used to bumps :p
Im going for a test drive on friday week. I will see what i think of it :p

I wouldn't be worrying about BMW labour charges, remember the TLC package includes all servicing costs.

I personally don't like the look of the Clio 200 so it would be a no brainer for me. The JCW also has a storming engine that returns decent MPG. Not to say the Clio's engine is bad, but the JCW covers all bases.

The new ones are however a little more synthesized to drive in comparison to the older one, which is i why i went for the supercharged car over a new 'un.

Hmm they are a bit marmite but i quite like them and the car won't be with me for much longer anyway so i think i'll just leave them.

This is how i would have it. Chilli pack is a must +sports suspension, is there anything else i should really look to spec it with?

I do think the ph1 (supercharged) mini is a better looking car. The proportions just seem to be more spot on. Is the ph2 a better car?

prefer the mini though they are very expensive... the price of a 200 will probably be the same as a 07 plate.

They switched from chrysler (super charged) to peugot (turbo) i think its the same engine which was in the peugot GTI if my memory serves me correctly. Maybe not better, less problems tho. Also meas its built in europe.

Regarding the styling lol this isnt one im looking at but i do like the red and the black, its funky. Its one my mate took a pic of this week, was his mates dads or sumin.

I would only have red or black i think

yes thats what im saying chrysler were in brazil. Logisticly its much better for them as they are not shipping them from Brazil to UK, that was my point lol i think we have our wires crossed.

my sister has got a mini john cooper works, ive only seen it once because i dont speak to that side of my family but it is quiet nice, abit girly for me though, its matt black though which is always a win in my book.

Yes. Im not in a posistion just yet, a couple of months of saving potentially but things have a habit of snowballing dont they :)

Mini is better looking, faster, quicker, more prestige, nicer inside, will retain value better, solid feel.

Clio is cheap and probably more fun.

I will test drive the Mini and see what i think, the 200 will take alot to beat. I dont think it can be more fun then the 200. Regarding faster blah blah its not really. As i said ive had a play with a few and i seem to be able to go into corners a little harder so i dont think that.

Maybe im just being a bit mad and should STFU and be greatful for mine. We shall see how i feel when i drive it :p
