2000 clio is leaking water in footwell

anyone ever heard or can help me with why my drivers side 2000 clio 1.4s footwell and carpet is soaking wet with water- i lifted up the carpet and there was a pool of water in there- some1 on the maxpower site said iy may be a sunroof drainage leak- but im not sure- any feedback appreciated thanks thanks

im guessin its got a rear washer jet... maybe the pipes broken? as your squirtin... its soakin ya carpet?

there is a leak in the floor on some of them.

it just need sealing up.

my cup and dti had it.

I know that in the 306, if there was a pool of water (or traces of water) it could be the heater matrix...dont know if this is the same on the Clio, but if it is, it could be a dash off jobby...

If this has nothing to do with the Clio, then I apologise for causing unnecessary panic.

ive got the same prob wth my mk1 mate. havnt worked out where its comin from yet but im gonna lift up the carpet when i get a chance

try sealing on the outside the various bits that you can see here.

and remember to put the rubber seals over the things that cover the seat bolts...
