2005 renault clio idle problem 1.2 16v

hi,
i have a 2005 1.2 reault clio extreme 16v and i am currently experiencing problems with low idle, and when driving along at any speed it randomly trying to cut out, with me having to counter this by dipping the clutch and trying to accelerate. i have included a you tube video of the car running then going into a low idle, usually 500 rpm or lower.

i have tried cleaning the throttle body but this has not helped, there are no warning lights on dash and the TDC sensor has been replaced, also had new battery 6 months ago.
Any help would be appreciated.

  Clio sport 182
check the engine wiring loom at where it connects to the throttle body (back of engine in the centre under a black security box)

also if you have NGK spark Plugs get rid of them as 1.2 16v hate them

May be a fray in the throttle body wiring loom, happened to my 182. A new link straight from the ECU to the throttle body sorted my issue

Should 1.2 16v not have ngk spark plugs?
Also how do you clean the throttle body?

Clean the TB - normally a straight forward job but not on the 1.2 16v in the Clio II as its inside the inlet manifold so you're gonna have to remove the lot and there are some very fragile plugs inside it so be careful.

Oh and there is no IACV as the motorised TB performs this function.
