220 LED Headlights

Now the mornings and evenings are getting darker, I'm using the headlights more often. I'm finding that the range of the headlights beam is a little short. It's not so bad when driving at lower speeds, up to around 40mph-ish on unlit roads, but at 50mph+ they're anything but confidence inspiring. I'd say the range is about 15m max. Driving on a national speed limit dual carriageway in pitch black darkness, with oncoming traffic is pretty dangerous. The high beam, on the other hand, is brilliant. It's like turning the sun back on in the middle of the night!

Has anyone else found this to be a problem?

Does anyone know of a way the headlight range can be adjusted? Be it electrically or mechanically?

Thanks!
