225/45/17 on Clio 197 track car ?

Has any one ever fitted 225/45/17 rather than the standard 215/45/17 tyre?

It will be runing coilovers and I dont mind fitting some spacers to fit the wider 225 tyre.

Any one any experience of these? Any rubbing issues etc.
