One of my friends is good friends with Nicky Grist and he's got a 22B. He says the car is an absolute animal and I guess he should know after the career he's had... Apparently he drives it like he stole it as well, what a guy... He brought it up to where we live for a spin a few years back but I was on holiday at the time, I was gutted... ?

Hasn't it had a lot of the juicy bits removed though? I'm sure I read that it wasn't running the proper engine etc. Understandable though, parts are getting quite hard to find for the S11/S12 etc, let alone for one of that age.

Removed doesn't mean tossed in the bin though.

It might mean it's running gear was pulled off a normal STi, with the original items being dry-stored.

This thread was a while back, we knew the owner well, nice guy and great taste in cars. I think my assessment was around £32k from memory. They were selling around 25k 8 years ago!

I think it was an import.
