438 Cams and standard map

Can the 438's be run on the standard Renault map for a short time or has the ecu need to be mapped to suit at the same time ? Thanks

yes just keep the revs below 4k

as above, stay in lambda controlled areas (for simplicity sake, sub 4k and sub 50% throttle) and use the highest octane fuel available. Don't leave it too long though

Yeah unfortunately it is a fair distance between us, I would have jumped at the chance of you mapping it for me if you were closer
