82W tyre rating okay

If I decide to go with the following 215/40 tyres, would 82W be okay.

What does the 82 or 86 refer to ?

Goodyear EAGLE F1 GS-D3 215/40 R16 82W (So) - £80.40

Goodyear EAGLE F1 GS-D3 215/40 R16 86W XL BSW (So) - £98.10

The 82 and 86 refer to the load index of the tyre..
