85mph+ wind noise through fan >:(

Ok ok, I know I shouldn't necessarily be going that fast anyway but I'm getting a really loud blowing noise behind the centre of the dash (behind the centre vents) when I go above 85. Went out last night (well, it's still tonight as I write) on a road I know really well, was comfortably touching 95 at some points but this noise was driving me mad!

Anyone know what the problem is? It's under warranty etc so it can go back for work if needs be. Thanks a lot

I had the same problem and eventually traked it down to the wipers..
I've now got a set of the new style flat blade wipers and there is no noise..

solution = slow down your breaking the speed limit lol, sorry am joking

but wipers is more than likely the answer even try tightening them up a bit av had too do that too so many cars even a brand new 57 plate jag

Ok, I'll see what I can see re: the wipers and then when things dry/warm up I'll see if it's made any difference. Cheers
