8v or 16v

hey ive got a 1998 mk 2 phase 1 clio its a 1.4 rt on an s plate is this an 8v or 16 v and where will it say wot it is on the car ive looked around the engine bay cant find any info and on the plate in the door way cnt find it either so n e help wud b gud cheers guys

It looks like an 8v to me. Dont know where it would tell you tho. Best looking on Technical data on your car on Parkers or something like that
