Ah in that case, they are pretty good! I guess you had the 18-55's IS on to help you with the longer shutter speed as my kit lens didnt have IS?
Once you have a tripod, night shots get alot easier.

I forgot to mention, i only had my Tamron 70-300mm lens with me.

Using the IS will allow you to use about 1 second shutter speed without it being blurry.
I'll stop going on now.... GREAT PICS!
