A Creeky Sunroof..covered under warrenty

Hey

Just wondered if any1 has the same problem on the 1.2 16v???

It creeked when i had it and ive now sold it to my brother. He went to get it fixed and they said any rattles on a car older the 6months is not covered by warrenty???? Surely not!!!!!

So Renault wont fix it?

What do you lot reckon?

yeah, my auntie had most of hers replaced under warrenty

Interior rattles and niggles are covered for 12 months not 6.

My dealer told me the same thing when I went in with trim rattles but backed down when I showed him the paperwork stating 12 months!!!

Must be a Renault policy - Deny everything!!

Just had mine done and my car is over 2 years old.

yes it should be under warrenty, ive u want to try fix it yourself i can tell u how to get rid of most noises if its a manual roof its a 15min job if the handle dont need replacing!
