A few Inferno bits

spent today doing a few bits on my car. Not sure i like the gear knob in Inferno tbh... i might swap it back to the silver one to match the steering badge.

For the dash trims, i replaced the recently added alcantera ones with inferno flavour! I decided to be different in the painting and keep them a satin finish instead of the usual "middo" high gloss. I think the satin looks more OEM in the clio and im really happy with the result :approve:

Agree with you on the gearknob, trims work well and the factory satin look is spot on.

Looks nice mate. Now all you need is a set of orange 225 seat belts and you're well on the way.

Thats what I wanted anyway.

How much all in did it cost to do the trim bits? How did you get it to the satin finish?

Ta matey. :)

think it looks good! just got to try find a steering wheel badge to finish it off :D Also i have a set of pink 16v badges too lol, not to sure if i should put them on though :p ...

I spent a couple of hours today giving mine a good clean, went out for a meal with the parents and when I came back it looked almost red. It was mint.

Best. Colour. EVER.

like that alot.the alcantara detail in the door pillars is lush. - ever considered the headlining as well?

D38 paint cost a tenner from Auto-paint.com and dash inserts were £15. Satin finish was done by being very sparing with the laquer... just gave it a very light dusting.

gotta agree with you. Your car made me buy mine, wasnt too sure at first but i love it now! :approve:

yeah ive got enough left here to do it, and it should be quite easy as im quite good at it now. Only thing stopping me is that it might be too dark in the car afterwards.

:( the alcantara ones looked amazing!

these still look nice, and it like the datin finish too

when shall i send you my 'a' pillar covers?

Looks good, I like the matt finish actually. Not too sure on the gear knob though

pillers look v good, liking the dash inserts and i think you made the rite choice by putting the silver insert back in the gearknob
