Came to fit my coilovers after I'd recovered from my hangover.
Backs go on sweet..... no issues:D

Then come to do the fronts. Caps off locking wheel nut to the ready, bloody things wont come off!!! The looks and the pattern on the wheel nut resembles no similarties to the the bolts.

So now got half a coilover kit fitted and cant do the fronts!!!

How the f**king hell do they manage that???

P.S Cheers AJRMOTORSPORT for title captured my mood as well

Not sure why this is exterior and mechanical now as it relate to Renault Service Quality or the lack of it.

how is that Renaults fault if your car has had a previous owner????????

im sure if the gearbox fell out and you spoke to a previous owner they'd tell you it was all ok when they had it.

The car was 7 months old wen I bought it. Supplied through renault dealer (same dealer who supplied car new) the second time. The nut is clearly new and has never been used. It has never had any warranty work (checked with renault uk) and they said they had never had any reason to have the wheels off. They are genuine people and Arnold Clark have admitted it must be a c**k up on the warranty.

Theyre being ground off and replaced this week under warranty!! So is definitley renaults fault!!!

I know there's nothing shocking to this, it typical renault. I agree Stu 16v with gearbox comment, but were not talking about are car with a history thats difficult to trace.

sounds like a reasonable customer service rather than admitting an actual fault to me but at least you'll get it sorted.

Aye its getting sorted. If you got any suggests for how it ended up with wrong locker Im prepared to listen...

This is my 4th Renault mate and Ive had other brands so dont think that Im just hammering them for the sake of it!! The RS range are premium products!!
